This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

You're 19 years old and you're capable of making graphite work beyond an typical artist like duststorm10. Since you're closer to my age and far more skillful than those who are closer to my age, I'd like to know how much time did you have per day, how hard you worked on graphite and what makes you motivated to do this. Did you actually push yourself too far on graphite or did you relax during making an artwork? I'm trying to push myself to the point where I am going to be beyond an expert artist for my age and as I observed that I got good hand-eye coordination but pisspoor contrast analyzing due to the fact that I see way more colors than lightness and darkness and right now, I am attempting to draw with an 12 inches ruler with the inches splitted up onto 16 and I struggle to the point where I learned new technique that'll enable me to draw more photorealistic than before.

Well, I always had an interest in art, and growing up I would draw the typical anime and cartoon stuff that most art kids draw. But during my sophomore year of high school, I came across Armin Mersmann who radically changed how I approached drawing and art.
I pretty much became obsessed with his artwork, and it was simply through observing his techniques and philosophies on drawing that I really began to improve.
I've spent quite awhile trying to learn graphite realism. From my sophomore year to the end of my senior year (which is when I spent the bulk of my time drawing) I'd estimate I spent somewhere around 1,000 hours or so on graphite drawings.
I'm not sure what you mean when you say you draw with a ruler. Could you clarify?

I didn't receive any comment back when I was responding to you and I forgot to fix the following error. Damn this site that needs edit button. :\
You-I'm not sure what you mean when you say you draw with a ruler. Could you clarify?
-I basically draw with an ruler by rotating it 90 angle everytime while moving it XY location in order to get the XY coordination of the drawing correctly and my latest drawing do show this progress.

-You learned it in just 41 days based from the calculation of 1000/24. Err, perhaps an little while?

-Interesting how you changed from anime art to realism art. People who usually draws anime and attempts to switch into another form of art will have an whole lot of difficultly shading in the forms of realism due to the lack of knowledge of shading, texturing, and lining that real-life based picture do have.
But during my sophomore year of high school, I came across Armin Mersmann who radically changed how I approached drawing and art.
-He's quite an charming dude who knows how to change people's thoughts about art.
I pretty much became obsessed with his artwork, and it was simply through observing his techniques and philosophies on drawing that I really began to improve.
-The progress of his drawing may actually show some new technique that beginner artist usually don't have and it can actually gives new idea on how to draw more efficiently and especially for an teenage guy who have an scientific mind.
